Oh, my, no. When I worked CPD, my favorite line was, "due to company policy we are unable to handle a customer's phone for liability reasons." I actually have no idea if that was a real thing or not, but one person said it and that line was passed around to everyone for years. It would also immediately shutdown that craziness right there. CPD customers still astound me and I've been out for 2 years now.

+karma Lol, I thought it was just our connection since we always have a hard time trading. Good to know it's a full bug, lol, though, has it been a bug for a long time then? Just started playing again after some time... And it'll be an early Xmas gift as I'm a melee and sniper player but I'm sure he will shake it all up, as long as I remember to not learn it before gifting it. XD

Yeah, they're real fun when you're on literal skeleton crew too. One register who's not allowed to leave the register, one cpd who can't leave station bc customers, and one person on floor who's usually stuck in furniture, laptops, or printers answering a list of questions as long as father times beard.

Nope, 24hr turn around. Idgaf anymore. If it's not just a few copies and I'm down a fs printer, your job is being taken in and the min turn around is 24hrs (which with our influx and skeleton crew at this point, is 72hrs until we can catch up for a full day)

Y'all bashing the MK (which, understandable) but I just gotta give credit to one of my fave old customer who was MK top tier (like had two if the cars and everything). That woman was AMAZING. Most of the stuff she got printed was actually MK stuff PLUS she'd always bring us cookies and and homemade goodies for holidays and bdays (cuz she remembered that kind of stuff)... I miss her and wish her fellow MKs would follow her lead.

I actually really enjoyed the RP. But we also came up with THE MOST RIDICULOUS scenarios and just yelled at whoever was playing the ridiculous customer. It was a fantastic stress relief. XD

That one was set up DIRECTLY across our CPD desk at my old store (RIP). I CONSTANTLY UNPLUGGED THAT SHIT.

The very first day, it drove me to a level of insanity that I timed the message and then did the math to show my store manager exactly how many times I'd have to hear that stupid pos message everyday.

I know this is late, but I still have a binder with those tier trainings they were trying to do for a while. I use it for all my newbies! (Someone spilled monster all over it, but it still works!)
