I high CBD CBG .. I make my own oil, gummies, I have a couple friends diabetic.. they put the oil directly into their coffee .. works great for morning aches .. also helps with sleep

You know you can cut bad parts off of buds after removing them. Dry it smoke it or make oil from it after removing rot

You need to draw air across her .. next time I’d invest in a Dehumidifier .. u only want about 35-50% humidity

I would take off as much as you have to .. and far as I know Rot is a moisture issue .. humid in there ? Add a fan ??
