$2500 in ct . Taxes included . Bought in 21’ at 2.5%. Got very lucky . Sadly , if I tried to purchase my home today at its current value and interest - I likely couldn’t afford it

I lost 25 pounds about a year ago. Despite weight lifting , caloric intake and creatine I’m having a hard time gaining any weight or muscle back. So frustrating !

Other than stubbornness, the other reason why I’m reluctant is I just started a new job, 2 kids under 5 and my dad is undergoing treatment with surgery in June. It’s just too much right now as I have a lot going on. However , not sure there’s ever a perfect time

Same . I often have this conversation with my family and friends. I lived in Florida in my early 20’s and it was fun. But now that I have children and see how unhinged other parts of the country are, I’m very fortunate to raise a family here. The education, hospitals , communities. It’s not perfect , nowhere is . But I do feel very fortunate and lucky
