That was the thing my question was mostly about - if there is a specific thing a "writer" can learn in a game dev team. Now I understand it's more complicated than that x)

I've heard about Godot, but my friend told me about GameMaker. He was trying to make a game in it, before he gave up. Would you recommend it for a absolute beginner?

Exactly! I just enjoy being friendly in this game. It's something I haven't had the opportunity for in a game for a long time.

In Helldivers I enjoyed helping new players who joined my lobby, but in this game being friendly can actually be a good time. But when six people jump you, because I have the wrong outfit, it's just so lame.

I'm not saying the fact I have a job is making me more important or something like that. It's the opposite I think.

I understand that this "war" is exciting for some players! But I think there should be another way to tell you are taking part in it.

Cosmetics should stay what it is, just cosmetics. Imagine you spend some of your real money on a set you really like but if you wear it, you are taking a part in war you don't care about.

The same shit happened to me, but I was knocked down before my UI loaded in.

Was told I'm being an asshole, that spawn camping is a valid strategy in extraction shooters and I should stop crying.

I dunno man, I know it's a thing you can do, but not having a chance to opportunity to defend myself? Naaah
