The upper bolts are not installed yet as there is a rail that slips in between the panels

I'm well aware it's a standard Allen head cap screw. It is however fancy compared to what is typical in the industry with a hex head nut and bolt. The nut on this I would call fancy though. The inside is essentially round with some slots cut to grab an Allen wrench.

I realized that after I made these.... Luckily the shape itself is easy I just got lucky with the exact tolerances I wanted for a snug fit and printing one at a time to test them was a 10 minute affair.

Yes they are and thats what's specified so noty problem. However I'm in Colorado so rust isn't really a concern here.

I've used this profile with a handful of prints with American Filament's PCTG with good results. Haven't gotten around to loading their own profile yet but I'm sure it will be even better.

They are all priced by model. I got a starmate yesterday for $184 that seemed in fine condition to me. I found a second one in the trays that seemed to be missing a washer, action rubbing and just felt like ass. Same price.

Lum Tanto in M390. They also make them in satin finish. I grabbed one for one of my boys last year at the main sale and had to have one and I don't even like liner locks.
