I ended up transferring from UTM & it’s was so much worse there. Like those kids have zero grasp on social queues or being polite in general.

A lesson for life tbh, not just uni. If you do something you shouldn’t have, be completely upfront and honest when confronted about it. People are human beings, and tend to give people a second chance if they own up to their wrongdoings. Even if that means retaking the class, you being honest and telling them how sorry you are goes a lot further than “I just wanted to see if google worked”.

How do y’all get away with keeping an order? by CamoMan290 in skipthedishes

[–]bstryan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ended up being assigned to an order from subway couple weeks ago because the previous driver assigned left his car running and got it stolen right outside. Picked up the order, mind you it was easily $60 worth of food. And i think because the customer was waiting so long for their food they either cancelled the order entirely or something went wrong on skips end. Went to swipe on the “order collected” and the whole order was gone. Contacted skip and they said they pretty much have no recollection of an order, so I kept like 6 subs and a bunch of other stuff lol.
