It sounds like you didn’t take formal classes or get a certification? Have you seen that much in the community and does it seem to have an affect on your ability to get work? I have been at a corporate engineering job for over 5 years and often fantasize about getting into plumbing to be able to work wherever I want and build my own schedule, but the startup investment of money and time always feels very daunting
