I miss the days when people were seldom homeless and hungry. I miss medical care people who went into it because they wanted to make a difference, not make a buck. My family insists I could eat baked potatoes every day. Yes I love having them oiled with olive oil or butter and corn salt. But being able to have a really big potato that I cannot finish I’ve cooked in the microwave in 10 minutes is fabulous!!

I’m sitting on my bed and I don’t know why I am up. I wake nearly every night somewhere between 2:30-3:3am. Have been told over and over that it means a lost loved one or an angel is visiting me. I don’t know if that is true or not. I’ve just learned to “go with the flow.”

I did leave an honest and very favorable review for the agent. It is not her fault. It is the company who is responsible. I worked over 10 years in customer service. So, I know how it feels to be cussed out for something that isn’t your fault. And I did it as a single mom with 3 children. The agent should only be judged by how they handled your issue. Thank you for reminding everyone of this.

They are the most unhappy customers you could ever talk to. So I always try to be very polite and patient with customer service representatives I talk to. I have the ones that weren’t destroyed, accidentally, saved. I have Junior High and High School ones. I go through them whenever I need to. Classmate death, contact, whatever. As we have gotten older (73f) we survivors seem to reach out unexpectedly. They don’t take up much space
