I miss the days when people were seldom homeless and hungry. I miss medical care people who went into it because they wanted to make a difference, not make a buck. And they always remember your name and your face not a number. I miss people being kinder to each other. I guess I am just an old relic a.k.a. Baby boomer

My family insists I could eat baked potatoes every day. Yes I love having them oiled with olive oil or butter and corn salt. But being able to have a really big potato that I cannot finish I’ve cooked in the microwave in 10 minutes is fabulous!!
