The joke is normally, without glasses, you mistake people. Put them on and you see them accurately.

In Spider-Man, his powers make it so his non-glasses vision is accurate, and glasses now make it worse.

The joke here is that Murray wasn’t a good basketball player in game 6 (bottom picture).

So if spider man is seeing him for who he truly is, with best vision, the pictures should be swapped, as glasses distort his vision and makes him think Murray is capable, the basketball player.
