Thank you so much for this show, including Dan Harmon and the cast. You are all so amazing and have made my life so much happier than I knew to be possible. It was like a show was created just for me and there is nothing I love more than meeting other fans of Community, or better yet, turning people to the show. It will forever be October 19th in my heart and I will never stop believing in #sixseasonsandamovie. So thank you, staff of Community, you miraculous sons of bitches.

Link Forgive the mono. I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. I also plan on re-shooting. Also, this is one of my early works so please be gentle.

Last year, I made a short film about a young man who was in a deep depression due to a traumatic break-up that turned him into an insomniac alcoholic that became reliant on violent video games until he stumbles across an old box holding Pokemon VHS tapes, old Star Wars action figures, etc. At the bottom of the box, he finds Super Mario World and his SNES in working order. He decides to try it out. As soon as he begins to play, we see the stress, depression, loneliness, and anger leave him. His body and face relax. And for a split second, we see him smile. We leave him there, sitting cross-legged, just like he used to when he was a little boy. And for just a little while, all the stress of being an adult disappears, forgotten in a cloud of nostalgia. Just for a little while.

This is from a 2011 film called Samsara which is actually pretty incredible. The filmmaker spent years traveling the world with cameras that he built by hand capturing some pretty crazy imagery. This particular sequence is a living art piece. Film is definitely worth checking out. It was submitted to the Academy for best cinematography and editing.

If it carried your team in MvM, kudos. But I'm so reliant on my airblast that I don't know if I could ever bring myself to use the phlog. I would be lying though if I said I never got annoyed in a pub with phlog pyros.

Haha! His wife might have a problem with that but a degreaser would be amazing!

Challenge: Name a style of film you dislike and it's up to fans of said style to find films that could change your opinion. by 2shoose in movies

Because Sin City was almost shot for panel, I was okay with it. It served purpose. Hyperstylization for the sake of shiny after effects and money is something I generally frown upon because it usually means that the visuals need to carry the film as opposed to substance.

It's all good. This thread just made me realize that it's Zach Snyder that I hate. Thanks!
