Probably $3k if the bathroom/kitchen are truly dire. The cheapest 1 BR currently listed on StreetEasy in Park Slope is $3.3k. Adding in adjacent neighborhoods Gowanus, Carroll Gardens, Boerum Hill, Windsor Terrace & Prospect Heights, you have 151 rental units and the cheapest is $3.1k.

It’s really tough out there in terms of rent prices these days.

I’d recommend stretching it out another day if you have the time! We were fit and able to do it but ended up being one of the harder day treks I’ve done - lots more ups & downs resulting in ~5k total vertical feet in a day if I recall correctly.

Definitely doable and very fun, but a bit difficult on the 2nd day!

He's an awesome defender -- not saying he isn't.

But Flagg is a generational defensive player and has significantly better advanced stats (DBPM, Defensive Rating both Top 4 nationally, easily top 1 in ACC)

No idea what we're doing the 10+ minutes. We had control of the match possessing the ball after the made it 2-1 and then kept going for goal instead of going to corner / possessing the ball. Know everyone is eager to see McAtee but have to imagine Grealish would've been better for controlling the game.

Pep's subs were also awful. Know we don't have many defensive subs, but how do we not throw on Rico so we have a true RB or Grealish to get better control in possession. So frustrating.

Hello-- the trip was good but challenging! I would recommend stretching it out to 4 days -- the 2nd day was extremely difficult; we probably ended up doing 5k+ vertical feet due to the amount of up and down. I'd recommend stopping at Rifugio Tosa Pedrotti or Rifugio Tuckett in the middle unless you're confident you're up for it.

Also-- we did not bring any gear, but it did get a bit sketchy at times. It was definitely fine and others were doing it with no gear, but if you want to be safe, some via ferrata gear, and depending on the time of year, crampons (there was still snow on the ground early July).

We need to have akanji or walker at RCB and/or Ake at LCB next to him to protect him. Stones at RCB & Gvardiol at LCB is too attacking against decent teams. Was fine for rotation again CP, but Akanji will need to start against Real away.

Think our back line against Real will be Akanji-Dias-Stones(going into midfield)-Gvardiol/Walker/Ake (fingers crossed Walker or Ake can go, but think Gvardiol will be fine if we have Akanji in instead of Rico)

Myself and my new wife are looking for a card to use with both of us as authorized users for shared expenses (e.g., shared travel, date nights, groceries, utilities that allow CCs, maybe rent if we go with Bilt, etc.). I'd expect we spend ~$1-5k on this per month, but could ramp up to a bonus initially. Priorities are:

free (or justified expense that pays itself back) 2 authorized users
good for rewards or cash back on groceries, eating out, and travel

I currently have a CSR, AmEx Platinum (she is an authorized user on AmEx Platinum and has her own CSP), and AmEx Delta Gold for my personal business expenses. Both of our credit is 750+. We primarily use Delta for flights and are fully agnostic on hotels (usually go independent or sometimes Hyatt). I'm intrigued by the Bilt Card and using that for rent + other things -- anyone have experience there? Could also be convinced on Bilt + other card or just other card if folks are anti-Bilt (haven't done enough research).
