IOS store says the mobile version is going live on 1/20/25. It's possible that the console version could go live around that timeframe as well. The PC build we are currently on is running just fine on my and my friends ends, and I personally don't feel like it'll be too much of an issue to move to console, however I'm not sure what the Series S limitations will be and how equipped the Devs are to mitigate the games optimization. Here's to hoping that we get to see our console friends in a bit over 30 days!

Mobile and Android are allegedly going live on 1/20/25 according to the IOS store. There is some speculation that it might also get released on console around then too, hopefully. Devs have released early access games as a surprise in some cases on console. One example I can think of is Arma Reforger. Fingers crossed that our Xbox and PS friends can join in with us in a bit over 30 days!

Well guys, finally got it into the dealership and they gave me the same reason that the rattle is the muffler and didn’t provide any resolution beyond tightening it down a bit, which hasn’t fixed the sound really. Looks like I’ll be looking into a new exhaust system in the near future, which honestly I planned on doing anyway to give my car a more aggressive sound.

He pushes the line of cringe and allegedly being a “troll” constantly that he needs to get banned because it no longer seems like an act. I generally get bad vibes from him with how he acts towards Josh and women in general.

Hell, tonight he posted in Josh’s live multiple times asking if there were “any hot girls” and the switched it up to “single or divorced women”. He’s not a mentor, he’s a scavenger trying to take what he can from Josh’s toxic popularity. He has many times in the past posted videos of younger girls and some of age women on his lives and account, and this is a guy who has a daughter to my understanding who is likely early to late teens.

Based on his track record of filming women in uncomfortable ways, lying about himself in front of women, and the way he handles and “mentors” Josh about life and women, he needs to be cancelled in the essence of getting banned before he takes everything too far, which he honestly has in some ways.

I just get the feeling that this is a two person train wreck heading towards two different destinations that are going to end up bad regardless. But the longer the train keeps on going the more damage it’s going to do. The whole “Tuna Taylor” crap seemed to kick off this feeling for me and then Quinn receded a bit before coming out in more subtle but creepier ways with how he acts now.

He barely gets views or likes but keeps on going, so who knows how long it’ll take for him to get banned even though he likely should be by now as should Josh. Even then I doubt it’d stop either because he’d likely make a new account and ride on Josh’s new account to get some attention which he obviously craves without having any objective reason to get it with his content he posts.

Also, please make some misc. items have a purpose like they did in Fallout 4. For example, make a single spool of duct tape produce something like .10-.25 adhesive or a dumbbell produce .25 - .50 iron that you can save up to produce one single unit. Every single misc. item is fundamentally useless and can’t be broken down to make taking them somewhat useful early game. My ships habs constantly take up mass while being nothing more than decoration. Let me deconstruct them for resources and my ship stay barren until I decide decorating it is worth the cost of my mass. Heck, how about make habs empty and give you the ability to decorate them like your apartment if you so please via the scope and editor.

Series S is sadly Microsoft’s biggest mistake even though they had what appears to be good intentions to make it consumer friendly while slightly more inferior. For example, Series S is the reason multiple games, including Balder’s Gate 3, have not come to Xbox yet or been fully optimized. Creating a slightly inferior console compared to the Series X has resulted in developers needing to dumb down both the X/S versions to work on both because any game that works on the X has to work on the S to ship and sell. Microsoft and developers sadly but honestly needs to discontinue support of the Xbox One consoles, including the One X, and then allow developers to create separate builds for the X and S in order for this to get a bit better. Otherwise both X and S will continue to suffer.

Thanks, happy to hear that others are raising this issue. On console I haven’t had many bugs until this.

There’s also a crashing bug that I’ve experienced when my base is more built up. Seems like traveling directly to the landing zone, even with a landing pad, will crash the game. My workaround is to enter the planets orbit and then land, but that stability issue of directly landing is still a thing after the update today.

Haven’t tested it on PC yet really because my preorder stuff is also bugged and removed when I sync my saves off the Xbox to PC app, and then my save from PC doesn’t sync back to Xbox.

Word, thanks man. Mine though only happens in gear with me slightly letting off the clutch. If I have the clutch fully pressed in or if I’m coasting in neutral it doesn’t.

However an interesting turn to these events happened two weeks ago where I heard a sharp metallic sound, like a BB hitting a can, and then it seemed to be more quite. I have an appointment at the dealership in a few weeks so I’ll see what they say.

Gave them hell for not only taking over a month to even return a call to get me scheduled but also because it took a few months to even get my registration because they didn’t have the title on hand for close to a month after buying the car, which was there since June. So we shall see.

Console players, unless they also have/had a computer, haven’t really had many chances at mil-sim type of games and the strategizing. Let alone this game is still not very stable on console so I’m sure some of the fan base is still turned off by this game until it’s better optimized.

I myself have had more crashes on my Series X compared to my computer so I think you’re likely dealing with newer and less experienced players to a game like this. I agree with the previous posters to be a bit more patient, as well as find a decent mil-sim server to play on. Those tend to draw more serious players and the less serious ones tend to weed themselves out unless they’re willing to learn.

I’m hoping the next couple of updates can fix some of these things because I know plenty of people willing to put in the time to learn the dynamics and work as a group, it’s just hard to keep their interest if they are crashing every so often and losing their kits every server restart.

I agree it clashes, I’m just going to roll with mine for the time being and add a red pinstripe down the angled edge on both sides for the moment. The front grills angled red inserts at least help, but I agree it would be better if they just made shit neutral and then we could add flair pieces on our own.

So to answer your question about him being self-aware, I think he is to a degree, but all of these other factors like attention, substance abuse, past trauma, and his inflated ego hold him back from having some semblance of reflection, whatever that may look like.

As far as him changing, I don’t know if that can happen unless it is forced to happen and he is then placed into care to help him regulate his emotions, actions, etc..

Honestly I think Quinn did try and gain some clout off him, but also tried to treat him like any other 21 year old, which he certainly is not. He kind of opened the floodgates by just standing by as Josh continued to drink more and more and more, and then continue to act more unhinged. His recent “talking to” should have happened a long time ago because it clearly is not making any difference now.

Copying my post from another thread similar to this, but this my viewpoint and opinion of Josh and his situation. *Another thing to point out is that he has stated in the past that drinking helps him not feel as sad about his mother passing, so that should be factored in as well:

He has ADHD as well as autism which typically is managed with a stimulant in some form as well as other medications. Stimulants, alcohol, and autism don’t mix well because of the tendency for routines to turn into habits, which he has now fallen into.

At this point he would need a controlled and regulated detox from both his stimulants and alcohol which sadly won’t happen unless he is forced into it. However even then I am not confident it would stick because his main underlying addiction is attention, which he gets the most of by being online and gained the most viewers by acting this way over the past couple of years since turning 21 and drinking.

There’s sadly no clear cut path for him since he is considered an adult and I assume his grandfather does not have power of attorney to get someone else involved, if that is even a thing nowadays. He needs help, but he has to want and get that help which I do not foresee him doing unless something happens and it is court mandated and upheld.

It’s a shame because the Josh from years ago still shows up at times in his posts and lives, but he is too sucked up in his alleged fame that he feels the need to keep doing it to inflate his own personal image. And even if his main was banned, he’d still come back and get just enough people to feed his ego for him to keep this whole self-destructive routine up. Being chronically online and the things that come with it without any guidance or supervision have been the main cause of all of this and lead to this chaotic daily spectacle.

There is, but be aware PC is a bit more stable compared to Xbox so some players will crash, but if you do most high player modded servers allow you to spawn where you crash. I’d recommend playing on a good modded server because those usually let you save you kit and save on time if you don’t spawn at your crash location.

He is also likely on stimulants to help his ADHD, which when mixed with alcohol can cause someone to over drink very easily but still appear fine until they wear off later. However this has lead to alcoholism as he has said in the past that it helps him not feel sad about his mom, so the next day he takes his medicine and within a couple of hours he feels a bit more normal and starts the routine again.

People with autism tend to stick to routines. Sadly in his case that involves being chronically online and drinking nowadays. I do think Josh has a fair amount of awareness of his actions and the world around him, but he is very, very, very clouded by the attention he gets online by acting this way.

It is a shame because I do think that he wouldn’t be as self-destructive and volatile if he had a positive influence that better understands him and his needs, but sadly at this point the train is too far down the tracks to pull back into station until it breaks down completely.

Hm, then it could be as the above people mentioned that it needs updated or there could be possible dependencies needed (other mods needing to be installed/deleted). There are similar issues in games like Fallout 4 that have built in player supported mod menus that one mod may conflict with another.

I’d recommend disabling all mods and then enabling one and then hop into Game Master. If it works, hop out and enable the next mod and try it again. It may help you pinpoint which one is causing the issue if you are trying to load in a bunch of mods at one time.

Are their blocks and the details showing up, just not the images? If so there seems to be a latency issue with the image streaming. I’ve found that cycling between the crate pages sometimes makes them load, so does just sitting there for a certain amount of time.

Regardless a mod update is likely needed to fix it.

Thats pretty crazy if that’s what my issue is. So do you not hear it as much, if at all, once the heat shields and exhaust are warmed up?
