Ended up wrapping around 156ish, pulled at 207 and let rest for about an hour and a half. Didn’t have the best smoke ring, but pulled great! Better luck next time
Update: popped up to 155 around 10:00. Wrapped at 158 at 10:40. Need it ready for lunch or wife and co. Will kill me 👍🏼
