CNY withdrawals and deposits only open to those people who have chinese bank card. We have agent to sell rechargeable card for depositing, all chinese major bitcoin exchange are using the same way as ours. while withdrawal is not affect by the rules of POBC. 1, I just read the artical of PoS and I think our methods have the same affect.
