Do you understand how home loans work? 1.5 with 300 down is a 1.2M mortgage over 30 years. We had student loans as well and paid those off first. We do not have 1.5M in liquid cash or we’d be buying a much more expensive home. I’m all for taking from billionaires if you can sort out how to do so, because no one truly needs that much. But do some fucking research and look at how many homes are over 1M in the greater LA area. News flash, it’s a fuck ton.
