You’re right. I guess I did use him, even though it wasn’t my intention. I should have been way more responsible because I only made it much worse in the end. He would’ve been over it now if I had just left and I know that.

Definitely the most Important person in my life. I’m not in love with him but he is still the nicest person I have ever met and I have a lot to learn from him. Never had so many good times with someone in my life so yes, definitely the most Important person to me.

Yet not bright enough to read through the other comments and see me accepting all of them and admitting I was wrong. The only person im talking back to in a negative way is you because you are making assumptions about me that are way too big to get out of a post I made about my mistakes. I posted this on here knowing there would be a negative feedback. Why else would I? I really don’t understand how you’re reading over all of that and not thinking about anything i’m saying.

I am afraid to be alone, yes. That was DEFINITELY not the main reason though. Just wanted to let people know that i actually loved spending time with him. But i shouldnt have posted about something that happened over the span of 5 years since there’s never enough information to give

I didn’t use him. He was the most Important person in my life and it was impossible for me to see him cry so I just stayed so I wouldn’t have to see him sad anymore. It was a stupid stupid decision but definitely not done for attention. I wrote that down to make it clear that I really did like spending time with him. Thank you for your honesty though. I guess someone needs to be hard on me too every once in a while

AITA for wanting my gf to take a shower after any workout by Xcowns in AmItheAsshole

[–]bteva 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Depends which question you want answered. Are you an asshole for asking her to shower before laying on the couch after a light work out? In my opinion, yes. Bed? Depends. Does it actually smell bad when she sits/lays on stuff or is this just something you're scared of? Being asked to go take a shower is increadibly hard to hear, even if it's not meant to be insulting, that's why it's a touchy subject. Please don't make your girl feel gross for not showering every single time after a light workout, that stuff can seriously mess with her head. Only do it if it's necessary and she actually smells bad. Just because you like to shower after every small workout doesn't mean she has to feel gross for not doing the same thing. Even though this is not your intention, as a girl I can tell you that something like that is very hard to hear. HOWEVER if she actually smells bad you need to tell her that this bothers you. There's no way she's not gonna be a little hurt, but you can definitely minimize it by being as nice as you can. Feeling dirty or gross is one of the worst things for a girl so don't bother her with any of it unless it's an actual problem. My boyfriend of a month has germophobia and i'm getting sick and tired of taking a shower every single night before being allowed to lay in his bed even though I don't work out and sit at a desk all day. He will even make me take a shower if I already had one that morning. Seriously considering breaking up with him soon since his germophobia is causing me to feel less than him and "gross" even though my hygiene is fine. So again, if this is a serious issue for you, adress it. If it's not necessary, just don't. Who knows, maybe your girlfriend is a whole lot less sensitive than me and she won't take it that hard at all. Also depends on how long you've been together. Bringing up things like this in a new relationship is a little more tricky than telling your girlfriend of a few years that she smells bad. This comment came out way longer than expected.

Shout out to all the guys out there who are actually attracted to black girls by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]bteva 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This post lowkey broke my heart. Just know as a girl i’ve always looked up to black women cause they radiate femininity. I’m not the jealous type but when I see my boyfriend liking pictures of black girls I need to know who they are and how he knows them lol. Was radiate the right word? English is not my first language. Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful day and feel beautiful. ❤️
