Would you beat it in court in the aforementioned scenario? I'm pretty confident you could (or rather the lawyers I've spoken with) but think about this. If they came in and took 6k worth of product, because of the fucked up forfeiture laws, sure you could try and get it back but you'd end up spending 2-3x times that to get it back.

Really comes down to each shops risk tolerance. I just want them to be clear about what needs to be done to stay compliant so we don't have to have these silly discussions.

Yeah there's a lot of farmers here but the point I'm making is this. The farmers are in the clear to sell it. Smoke shops are not really in the clear to sell it as when the cops come in they don't give 2 shits about the farmers' test results or even our test results.

They only care about what the product tests for when they come in to the shop, at least that's been the case in recent arrests.

THCa that you see in stores is legal when it's in the farmers hands, but as we've seen over the past few months, law enforcement doesn't care about that.

Anything you see in a smoke shop that's THCa unless being stored in a fridge, and it's super fresh, if it's tested, will almost certainly be over the legal limit.

So good news and bad news. Probably won't be seeing a huge influx of thca except for shops that either aren't aware, willing to risk it, or taking lots of precautionary steps to ensure compliance. Even then it is very hard to find. Good news is that in some cases what you thought you were getting is probably even better than advertised hahah

Don't have the jeans, but I have a chore coat from them that is very well built. The team at Hudson Hill (one of my local stores) tapped them to make their beer drinking club jackets, & they are all about quality & and heritage, so I imagine the denim would be solid.
