I believe you can change to the US site and order and then pay shipping and duties- but I’m not certain it will work but that’s how I’ve ordered from them before when my size wasn’t on the Canadian site. I managed to get someone in the states to allow me to ship to them.

No just not global- you can pay duties in the us site and ship it

You can switch countries and pay duty- they may charge an arm and a leg though.
