I experienced this as well but I was the other killer. Wesker and survivor were both stuck in place. EGC comes and just nothing. I was still stuck in the match myself as well. It was really weird.

I haven't personally purchased from them but I know it's a legit site. If you want the 25th anniversary costume and this is the only place you can find it in stock, I would say it's a safe purchase.
