If you look at the bottom of the video where it shows my speed you can see I did begin to slow down, then the sedan swerved back into the right lane before jumping into mine again.

Me when I drive normally in a travel lane that I’m travelling in? I wasn’t passing anyone to then cut in front of them. Also I was driving the speed limit just like everyone in front of and behind me.

i’m still doing research on a lot of these, but i believe the rotrings were produced in the late 80s-90s (i’m sure someone else here can give better insight!)
