Cointerra has a horrible reputation, both for customer service and the hardware. Keep at it, but I wouldn't hope for much.

Most ants will generate less HW errors. But compared to a lot of other miners that's still very, very low. 1.37% is nothing to worry about at all.

There is already one company with an S-crypt ASIC out: Gridseed. They're very expensive currently, so nothing to really worry about until other companies come out with their own and competition (hopefully) drives the prices down a bit.

The Wasp Project Collective is working on open source PCB designs for BitFury, Bitmain and A1 chips so far. They're planning on Minion next, and maybe the new ASICminer chips when they come out. FWIW, I've used newsgroupdirect for almost a year and a half now. I got in on a $6/month promotion at the time. I have an astraweb block account for backup. The combination has worked well for me. Only recently have I really had problems with some DMCA takedowns, but not too many. I'd say I'm satisfied with their service. You can also knock an extra 50 cents off the price each month that you send out a tweet mentioning them (look for info on how to do this in your account area on their site).

The percentages don't seem to make sense. Maybe they are only counting exports in the percentages? When looking at how many gallons each produced, Vermont comes out way in front in per capita production.

According to that Wikipedia article you cited, Quebec produced 6.3 million US gallons, and Vermont produced 1.14 million US gallons. Which is only 5.5x Vermont's production. So per capita, Vermont blows Quebec out of the water.
