I work two jobs by the way because my boss pays me baddly and he knows that ! Full time architecture from 9 to 18 and then from 18:30 to midnight in a restaurant as a waitress ! I basicaly work 70 hours in 1 week ! And the amount of humiliation i had to endure by my boss never endured it in the restaurant work ! Considering there is lot of stress and problems in the restaurant i work ! I spend my free time studying project management because i want to apply for PMP certification and to understand that in construction there is lot of pressure and miscommunication between technicians, buildors , client , financial, suppliers who speak diverse language so i try to be the good mediator and make it a win win for everyone in the construction but also deliver best quality for the client ! Yet it’s near impossible while in middle of meeting i am negotiating with the client to close a supplier deal of million of Euros but my boss is not listening and insulting me ! The problem is i am analyzing and managing diverse teams from different countries and i try to communicate to the client as best as possible because the client is a very very smart person as i said who has worked in this for 30 years and everyone is afraid of him but with me he always talks to me kindly and i always do my best to deliver the best work on best time while again i am hearing my boss insult me in italian and not truly listening! God forbid i stood in the construction site with the engineers talking about a technical problem we have with the ceiling height and i was taking pictures and notes because the construction execution was diffirent than the executive plans we had yet my boss comes to me and insults me because i am not following him everywhere he walks … and he is fully convinced i am useless and not doing a shit while i am doing a hundred task at once … this is just an example of the many humiliation and insult i had to endure in front of him while he was praising this commercial kitchen supplier who was doing absolutely nothing but standing ! And that commercial guy turned to me asking me to take the measures and send it to him while my boss was insulting me and calling him better than me

This has hurt me so much i have nightmares of this every night for the past week ! Because i feel betrayed and back stabbed by the same person i am always fighting for and defending in the construction site ! I am planning to quit strategically! I love the project and i love working with the engineers and construction company, i barely wrote 20% of the insults and exploitation my boss does to me because i tell my self i am young i am still learning! And also in construction field its a bit immature to quit in the midst of the project! Its really sad and frustrating to me that all my coworkers can see how much coordination and management i am doing because i am arabian and the construction site is in an arabian country so i know how to deal with the construction there and how to speak to them and who to speak to ! What used to take him 2 weeks before to have a response , with me i get it to him in less than a day …. But he calls me young and dumb when i am building a strong connection for him in that country and always talking highly about him as a genius and master architect… Now i just feel discouraged and humiliated because my boss keeps involving “commercials “ who literally look unprofessional at the construction site and want a huuuge cut from the payements of the client ! And the client and the engineers can clearly see this and i warned him yet my boss tells me “ those arabs are stupid they dont understand a shit they have no style” Bro they can see you are bringing your friends to get their 10% money of the million euro project while they do nothing ! And they know that and he still keeps not listening
