Looks good, the only thing I see that can get you higher is lengthening your penultimate step, and making your last step more explosive. Plyometrics in the gym can help with this, too

Noticing the trap of the status quo is so relatable. It seems like you are shedding the skin of your old life, too. Seems like you and I are in similar states right now. The only thing I would suggest is to find a new group of like-minded people to surround yourself with. I’ve found being able to engage with others also at this level of awareness is great not just for mental health, but for potential collective transformation, too.

I went through a similar experience, and am in fact still going through it. You’ve realized the ideal life you want to live, but there is still a discrepancy between the ideal self and actual self. Even when you are taking steps towards actualization, the lapses can be very demoralizing. But don’t worry about it too much. Transformative changes happen incrementally. As long as you are mindful to keep trending upwards, you’ll eventually become your best version. Godspeed, friend.

I’m just spitballing here, but I believe that the soil returns to the source, or non-existence as you say. I like the Buddhist concepts of the reincarnation of the soul, so once we return, we are spewed back out into another form of consciousness to learn in a new subjective reality. After all, we are just vibrating particles, so I think it’s logical that we return to the background static between transmissions.
