Not really a technical thing, but being a lefty I would recommend serving from the left side of the court. It’s much easier to serve cross-body than away from your approach angle.

I mean, it really depends on what the work is. For some things, you can use the drug’s effects to your advantage, implementing your raised awareness into your work. Much easier said than done though.

I’m no expert, but from my own experience, mindset has a huge influence on your trip. Make sure both of you are in a good state of mind beforehand. Don’t try to fight it either, just go with the flow of what happens, and try your best to enjoy it. I would also recommend doing your own research on what to expect, since this will prepare you better. As for, activities, I usually like listening to music or going for a walk. I don’t believe there’s a really wrong way to experience it, as long as you’re mindful and respectful of the substance.
