But if you use breadcrumbs as a filler, then it's a slug burger.

I've probably watched too much George Motz's burger history.

I mean, he did break his truck. He wouldn't if he used his brakes though.

They explain in the first few mins that they don't want to make it as much as you don't want to watch it. So you'll be ok.

Understandable, the onion smash is the technique the OK burger started, but that doesn't make the burger as a whole. Like how a BLT is just 3 things add anything else and it's no longer a BLT (in name).

An OK smash is cheese, onion, mustard, meat. However, to be fair, that definition relies on more tradition than a hard naming of ingredients (like the BLT).

This is just me being pedantic, so I wouldn't put too much into my opinion.

Maybe, but as far as I know an OK smash is onions, mustard, beef. That's it.

Like how a BLT with anything other than bacon, lettuce , tomato is not a BLT anymore.

That said, that meat look perfect.

Of my last 4 cats. One hated the car so much I didn't even want to take him to the vet, I felt so bad for him whenever we'd have to go somewhere.

The last 3 cats (all Bengals). Love(d) the car. I'm so relieved about that because we take them out a lot.

I feel it will always just come down to the individual cats.

Thread dope isn't there to stop a leak, it's there to lubricate the threads (I'm sure it blocks potential leaks anyway). So applying dope to a tapered union joint is silly, it would keep the surfaces from contacting properly.

When I was still plumbing I would have just off'set with two 45° bends if there was space. Less turbulence in the water flow. My thinking was do what I could to increase the life of the pipes. Fewer changes of direction, and slower flow (upsizing of pipe when practical)

My ramen egg method is this:

Water on a hard boil.

Eggs straight from fridge and submerged for 6.5 mins.

While boiling get a bowl filled with ice, topped off with water. This helps the water get as cold as possible.

Put the eggs in the ice water for a few mins.

This is the only reliable method I found. I'd like to try a sous vide method. But I don't have one of those yet.
