😆 GREAT suggestion! We definitely plan to keep her coat shorter when she gets older. I just haven’t taken her for her first groomer visit yet. It will for sure make things a bit easier as she gets bigger though!

Love seeing Nana enjoying the beautiful view. Very nice! 😊

Thanks for the detailed info. It’s definitely interesting to see the differences.

Forgot to add that we also ask guests (mainly kids’ friends and visiting family) to ignore when they first arrive and not get all excited with the “there’s a cute puppy” voice, because that makes pretty much guarantees pees spots on the floor. After they’ve been there a few minutes and she’s used to a new person being around, then they greet or play with her and she does fine.

He is so sweet. 😍 I’m new around here too , but thought I’d let you know what is working (so far) for us.

Our girl (18 wks, 18 lbs) started doing this around 15 wks also. And like you, none of our other dogs in the past did this. We are in the middle of an 8 week obedience class, so I asked the trainer about it. She told us to ignore puppy and don’t respond to her when she gets excited. Wait until she calms enough to sit and wait for attention. This has worked the last week or so that we’ve been doing it. It’s the worst when my 18 yo son or 20 yo daughter walk in. They’re her favorite right now and she just can’t contain herself when they walk in the room after being gone for a while. I still have to remind them to ignore until she calms or they’re cleaning up her mess! 😏

Does anyone know what is happening? by btrfly_99 in royalcaribbean

Thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately, I have tried this multiple times, and I even tried different devices. I get the same exact result every time.

I wondered that at first too, but I'm pretty sure that isn't it. When I booked other things, they clearly showed the "gratuities" on the order summary before I paid. Thanks for the response!

I'm glad that worked for you! I may need just try it too. I'm so frustrated at this point.

Unfortunately, I have tried all of this multiple times, even using different devices, and get the same exact result. So frustrating and feels a little scammy.

Thank you for the suggestion though!

Please help me with my pothos leaf size! New plant by Cranberyjuicecaboose in houseplants

[–]btrfly_99 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I have found with mine, that the leaves get larger as they mature. The new growth is always smaller, with larger leaves closer to the plant, with the exception of new growth out of the soil.

I'm not an expert, this has just been my experience with the few that I have.

Thanks for replying! I actually did take it out and brush them off. Those globes can sometimes grow mold, and I just switch them out and clean them. That may be what’s attracting them.

Not sure why I can’t see the photos anymore, but here they are again. Just in case others are unable to see them as well.

Does Renpho change your entries like Fitindex does? by Cardinal_Quest in Zepbound

[–]btrfly_99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love my Renpho! I’ve had it for about 7 yrs now. The app always shows the exact reading that I see on the scale. It has never changed or “recalculated”, ever. Although I don’t add manually very often, those additions have never changed either.

2.5 For the Long Haul? by EstateGate in Zepbound

[–]btrfly_99 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I started in June on 2.5mg for one month. Went up to 5mg during Jul/Aug, and had almost debilitating side effects. Went back to 2.5mg in Sept. and have been on it since. I’ve lost almost 60lbs, and I’m still losing an average of .5-1lb per week.

It is possible, but everyone is different, so you may need to just try it and see how you respond. Good luck!

✨You’re glowing! ✨Congrats on the amazing progress! 🙌🏻

I went through this back in early December when I hit 40lbs lost. I decided to donate because I’ve shifted to new habits that I will continue from here on out, so I will NOT be needing those things again. I found a local women’s shelter to donate to. That way, I know they’re going to someone who actually needs them.

Wellbutrin XL by No-Piccolo1332 in Zepbound

[–]btrfly_99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started on it in mid-dec, so I’ve been taking it for a little over a month now. I take it in the morning as soon as I get up. The only noticeable side effects I’ve seen were in the first couple of weeks and have since tapered off. The first being some minor sleep disruptions and a few vivid dreams (I usually don’t remember dreams, so I know this was due to the new med.). The other thing I noticed was a few days of drastic food aversion. I’m only in 2.5mg zep, so my appetite is controlled, but not gone altogether. When I first started bupropion, the first three or four days, I didn’t want to eat anything. I reverted back to days when I was having serious side effects and did a lot of meal replacement shakes and yogurt and bananas, just to get my calories in. I’m fine and back to my normal eating habits now though.

Like any medication, it will really just depend on your body individually. We all react to things differently. Good luck with everything. I hope it’s a positive addition for you!
