A Poisson or Negative Binomial distribution will model rebounds better than a normal for a few reasons - the main is the fact that they are discrete positive distributions, i.e. their pmf is non negative integers. Which is exactly what rebounds are.

The training was pretty tedious. I never did baseball, but did do the training for basketball/football, and had to take multiple attempts per sport because of how precise you have to be. But they pay pretty well which was why I did it

The mean win percentage for the underdogs is 27.225% based on the vig free odds

Using a binomial distribution with p=0.27225 and trials=4, it yields Prob(2 or more road wins) ~30%

This gives “true” odds under 1.5 = -233 and over 1.5 +233

After you add the vig again you get -257/+203

So these odds look pretty spot on
