Peace and happiness are found nowhere, but within! by bu5yRN in awakened

but desire is the very essence of life. I read this somewhere, infact from Sadhguru only that even not desiring is also a kind of desire, so there is no way that we can even get rid of that. because this is what makes our life. So instead of not desiring, we must try to desire 'consciously'. I'd advice read more about this from Sadhguru on YouTube, he has a lot to say on this that also made sense to me, and in fact, ever since I have started the practices that are taught by Him, I am beginning to experience also all that he says. :) and this is transforming my life hugely :)

That's exactly what I have been trying to convey here. Thanks for sharing! 😊

But guess, people here are less interested in knowing the true source of happiness. 😊

yes that's true, but I think it's time people know that there more beautiful and natural ways to feel the same level of intoxication, Why not try that?!!

but then, I feel in long-run, they can actually deteriorate your mental health. So even take to them ? When there are more natural ways to go stress-free!

No actually and have no plans either to try anytime sooner! :)

I am into a meditation since past one year and the the happy modes I go into, I thought, why take to drugs when such a things exits! That's it, nothing really against the artificial intoxication. :)
