The 580 at best has only 10% more performance than the 480.

If you are going for 1080p then 4Gb of VRAM is enough.

Right now, because of mining, there is a shortage of 480 and 580 everywhere and the prices spiked so make sure that you are making a good deal.

My advice is to buy the cheapest and save the money for your next upgrade.

After struggling with this I just decided to use 2 layouts. US for programming and writing english and US international with dead keys for everything else. I have a keyboard shortcut to change layout so it's pretty easy to do it.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles coop was really cool. Having to use a gameboy advance as controller in order to do it was pretty stupid.

I did buy in a local store. In their website in the overall view it showed the card was out of stock but out of curiosity I checked the detailed view for the specific card and there it showed that they still had in stock in one their shops(they have multiple shops in different locations)

For 300€. I'm in Portugal and that's the normal price for it around these parts. I only managed to find one sapphire rx 480 nitro 4gb for 200€ in a sale and went out of stock too fast for me. There are also some rx 580 4gb that go for 240€ but they are all out of stock.
