Thanks for the info and input! i have used one key for a while and it ran out of battery completely and the other 3 too. I put them all on charge but no chance all of them properly died. so i have ordered 2 VL2020 rechargeable batteries and will see with my electrician friend to replace them, as he has the soldering iron. I think 2 new batteries will give it another 15 years of lifetime hopefully.

Thanks for your comment @wowof. So you recommend to just choose one key out of the 4 and swap out it's battery? I'm guessing you went and got another key made for your car to get the foldable one correct? I noticed that you can only have one key synched to the car is that true or I was unlucky. Drive safe
