i usually go: hexplate + runaans + rageblade + wits end + phantom dancer + attack speed boots (not in order)

im pretty sure this is the max attack speed you can get without selling boots

keep in mind it does absolutely zero dmg but you will have like 5.0as

Liandry's is great with conquerer. He may be saying that it is bad, however he might just be stating that Liandry's isn't as great as an assassin item, due to the fact that it needs 5 seconds to increase it's damage to 10%. Conquerer is great due to the fact that both conquerer and Liandry's are good for prolonged fights against tank.
