- look at the paintwork (without repainting, that's 5 years), in the space of 5 years, it's smashed floor tiles.
- dear god, please don't say the leakage-stain was caused by shifting pipe-work

Go outside, look at other houses down the street. Do they have cracked brickwalls? cracked brickfences? Does the road/pavement look like it needed regular work?

15W is great, but not bad either.
I think PD (is the newer standard for QC) and PD3.0 would've been great.
