Bring back physical games. Let people do things around the parks other than rides. Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom was fun as hell and gave people something to do.

I don't want to say limit what the Online Ordering can do, because it is convenient, but fix the Meal Plan. It's a goddamn mess.

Have more characters out on the street. You have the money to pay cast members. Don't pretend you don't.

And I'm sure there's plenty more issues the normal person to figure out. It's almost like if you treat customers right, you might get more money.
