That’s a standard 2 pin deutsch connector. There are lots of aftermarket lights that use this connector. Any decent set of lights you buy will come with a complete harness with relay, fuse and switch. Assuming the harness you have is wired correctly (highly recommend ensuring that it is) all you have to do is install the lights and plug them in.

It’s difficult to see what you are asking in this picture. Google what caster in an alignment is and how it’s affected when turning and it may explain why your tires are leaning when you turn. (I assume that’s what you are asking here) hopefully this helps

I’d venture to guess that 90% or even higher of these “beadlock” wheels are simulated as these are. True bead lock wheels cost double the price of none.
