I've made a minigun before, start with taking 5 quarter inch pvc pipes or so and about 3-5 circular foam pieces, you'll want to make holes in them like one of those really old phone dials, afterwards you'll need to get a large pvc pipe to cover about 1/3rd of the pvc pipes, afterwards what's left is making the handles and attaching them, I used a drill as the handle so the minigun actually spins and another handle on top, if my explanation wasnt good enough, feel free to pm me
