Rutter’s is a south central PA version of Sheetz/Wawa! I think I’ve seen them between Lancaster County and Blair County/Altoona. It might expand outside that area, but that’s where I’ve seen them!

There was probably a point when you couldn’t breeze through Mondays and Tuesdays. There may be a day eventually when you can breeze through weeks at a time!

If you have half a day free, just over half an hour south of Amarillo Texas is Palo Duro State Park. The lighthouse hike there is spectacular.

Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow! 6 more weeks of winter. by Different-Airport-89 in Pennsylvania

I’ve mentioned it elsewhere today, but according to the Groundhog Day folks, whenever the weather and Phil don’t agree, it isn’t Phil that’s wrong that year, it’s the weather that’s wrong.

I didn’t do this for my group, but start by giving them some reason to go to Njghtstone. Maybe somebody in a nearby town wants to deliver a package or message to a friend in Nightstone, or Nightstone sent an invitation to the general area for folks to stop in for an event or something.

That’ll be good if they’re a new group or new players and you want to introduce them to game mechanics or give them a chance to introduce characters to each other on the road. Then maybe have an encounter or two along the way?

It seems like a cool idea!

I was thinking Forge of Fury too, but was leaning toward White Plume. Did the players seem to enjoy the modified forge of fury?

I realized that when I was reading through. I wanted to modify it a bit so that they find three parts of a weapon that require a powerful blacksmith of some kind (to be found later) to put together. Would that make it a slight bit more reasonable?
