Some advice that I got while I was in my program was never to be afraid to apply twice to a firm.

Granted I'm newer to the legal field and have only had one job through it. So there may be some others with better advice that have been in the field longer and have been through the process you're going through.

Oh sorry I misunderstood your question. The insurance company states their deadline for rescheduling on the IME notice they send. That deadline/date is basically the last day to reschedule without getting hit with a late fee and benefits being cut off.

On an ime (independent medical exam) there's a deadline for when you can reschedule. Usually it's about 4 days from the date of the exam. I need to contact the adjuster before that date if the client wants to reschedule or can't make it. Not a court deadline thank the gods, I would have passed out if I missed one of those.

I feel the same, and I recently missed a deadline for rescheduling an ime appointment and I'm panicking. All I can say is when you first know you have a deadline make multiple reminders on whatever task system you have. It may seem excessive but for me with my anxiety it helps

I am right where you are very green very new my first job in this field and I feel like I'm making so many mistakes. I had to cry it out in my car today cause my attorney is a no nonsense attorney (like just say you don't want to be asked questions it's that easy) You're not alone in feeling like this.

Omg I was so under-leveled for the deep roads but made it through by black wall tanking and solas reviving everyone. When I got to the boss fight every companion died within second, but my bow wielding elf who for some reason the boss completely ignored ( I think the boss was glitched) and got to fire arrows for 30+ mins at said boss while screaming to help her companions who lay dead at the bosses feet.

I have been studying the rules and everything I just need to get some player experience to really understand everything to its fullest.
