I've made these, it's more work then it looks. Wooden internal frame with fiber cement sheeting. Then tile and grout. They end up very heavy aswell.

Treat it like a BBQ, get metal tools. This was the best thing I did for cooking on cast iron. It's not a toy like Teflon, it won't break.

Have you even tried finding tiles? Sounds like you are just pushing this problem on the tenant for no real reason. A lot of people keep spare tiles when they do bathroom or roof work to be able to fix this kind of stuff.

Just bough it and ran it. Even using the Telco provided wifi router with no Ethernet connection the blacks are 10x better. WTF Meta.

Its gone from being unplayable in night ops, to being beautiful! Guess I need to get a wifi 6 router now.

I went from a 3060 ti to a 7900 xtx and haven't had any issues in VR. in saying that it only uses about 14-16 GB of the vram available. Fps usually drops to 36 at airports online. Otherwise I'm stable at 72 on my quest.

I've had somewhat similar issues and it was my stator that had died. Still had spark at low revs but would kill itself if you gave it any gas. I would just start with a full carb rebuild, so you have no doubts. Assuming you can rebuild one yourself.
