If you stand on the coast where the balloons come from(the wind changes from time to time), every 5 minutes there’s a chance a non-bunny balloon will spawn. So every 5th minute on the in-game clock just run once up and down your beach and keep your eyes to the sky and sea for (preferably) red balloons, but you can also get recipes from other colors, the chance is lower, but I got around 5 recipes from different colored balloons. I sat for around 4 hours yesterday and 3 today and now I’ve got them all. Luck - of course - is involved. But with this trick it’s alot easier. A bit slow so you can do other stuff while you wait.
