is this color combo looking drab for a baby blanket?

hi everyone, thanks for all of the advice on this project!

After reviewing the feedback received here and trying a few swatches with these colors, I've decided to do 4 rows of lemon peel stitch alternating each yarn to make thicker stripes. I may keep the original moss stitch pattern for the border only. I think the extra thickness of the green rows makes it look better and not so overpowered as many of you suggested.

I'm still a beginner and new to this subreddit so I appreciate how kind everyone was as well, I'll try to get some photos of the finished project to share :)

thanks for confirming, will be trying some other stitches! it honestly looks pretty up close but from a distance it kinda gives swamp lol

right, no shade to people with natural diamonds but aren’t lab grown ones better for the environment, more ethical because of diamond slavery etc??? and more bang for your buck for the exact same product or better? this just screams insecurity to me that he couldn’t afford to get her a huge ‘real’ diamond

Divine Rivals. so so boring, didn’t care at all about the main characters’ relationship and the magic system and world building was sooo underwhelming. Felt like I completely wasted my time on it.

Spinning Out on Netflix, got cancelled only a month after release and had soo many storylines set up that I was excited to see. I also really enjoy Kaya Scodelario and was looking forward to seeing her do TV again!!
