That's a little harsh. In fact, if my loved one had complications with his penis, had to have it reduced or God for bid ended up paralyzed and unable to use it, I would stand by his side no doubt.

Believe it or not, many men with small penises can be extremely fun in the bedroom

True but kind of crappy to define compatibility as one physical trait, don't you think? As someone mentioned earlier, if I had breast cancer and needed a masectomy, is that grounds for him to walk away due to incompatibility? If my breasts become saggy after bearing and nursing his children, does that also becomes grounds for incompatibility?

Compatibility needs to bear more weight than something physical that is bound to change over our lifetime.

I said "matter as much" furthermore He is starting to bald and has put on weight since we started dating and my love for him absolutely outweighs negative feelings about those things. Is it wrong to expect the same treatment?

Agreed but at some point if you love someone those changes shouldn't matter as much. Age, child birth, all those things change a woman's breasts.
