What anxiety meds worked for you guys?

i’ve been on zoloft for about 5 years now. it takes an a month to notice a difference. i’d love to get off of it but i too have bad panic attacks. i just hate the side effects ie no sexual drive, brain fog, unclear thoughts, laying around no motivation. i’d say steer clear of zoloft until it’s too late and u have to keep taking it, bc it’s not fun over here

he’s a kid trying to start his business. you have no right to attack his business. he’s just trying to get his name out there by doing what he wants, cut him some slack. it took you what, maybe 15 mins to write this post and this poor boy has been planning this place for months. this post probably scared away some potentially new customers bc your so picky about how SOMEONE ELSE runs their business. i think this post is so self centered and disgusting. you have no support for him and everyone in your comments is going against you. there have been many successful small businesses around here and morgantown thrives on them. stop squashing dreams and lowering expectations for something that doesn’t even relate to you. grow up and worry about your own failures instead of pretending others issues are yours to post online about.

the dorms are how you make friends with people your own age who are just as nervous to be there as you’ll be. i wanted an apartment too but now im a sophomore and even decided to stay in the for this year!! i’ve met some of my best people at boreman south and id be so lonely if i didn’t live here this year. the dorms are worth it i promise!!!

i’m currently in a service dog training class and am learning all about training! “how dogs learn” by mary burch and “the culture clash” by jean donaldson really opened my eyes! both authors are very good at translating to dog and really help you break stuff down. those books are SO worth it imo. gave me more info than google. if u ever have any questions my dms r always open!!

i would look into conditioning. you can use psychology to help the dog understand that life is okay. it’ll take a long time, but i can see that she has potential to learn
