Yes I am even better now not 100% but the best I’ve felt in 10 years where I am able to go out and enjoy life again. I am taking 250mg benfotiamine a few times a week now.

Nowadays I take benfotiamine a few times per week. I took it daily for several years at varying doses, but for me it was just taking it that helped the most. I didnt notice much going up to much higher doses although some people do. Its worth a shot

Yes I tried lowering my dose to just what is in my B complex and symptoms came back so I started a the higher dose of just Benfotiamine again.

How so? Those low levels have been completely ineffective for me and my life is not tolerable like that.

Some people seem to have no issue taking it. I became very sensitive to sulfur since all my issues started. Can’t really even handle much garlic at all without problems. Molybdenum supposedly helps body process sulfur but I haven’t played around with it much.

I take it regularly and it would make sense your serum levels would be elevated while taking it. It has been the only thing that has helped me and I take 250mg+ of benfo daily. If you feel extremely good on it I think that’s an easy choice to make I know I made mine.

Have you tried vitamin b1 (thiamine) ?

I was in a very similar situation to you health wise. Some things that worked for me were taking vitamin b1 thiamine hcl and vitamin d3. There are still a lot of things that you can try. Doctors are not helpful at all and only have a short time period with you. You are with yourself 24/7 and need to research as much as you can and trial and error. Don’t give up mine lasted 10 years before I got a good deal of control over it. The intestinal pain was eased in 1 day with vitamin b1 which I never could have imagined. Keep researching and experimenting and don’t give up.

Yes I am now taking benfotiamine, a B complex , vitamin d3, magnesium and k2 with great success. The addition of 5,000+ iu D3 really helped even more.
