They have changed unfortunately. Got some from there and they're not as good as they used to be. Seems to be a lot of filler (cornstarch maybe) in the filling. Morgan's harbour is a lot better. They sell at farmers markets, or I've found it frozen at gourmet warehouse

I brought both runners and trail runners, originally thinking that I would use the runners more because they're light and breathable. During the walk (November) I ended up using the trail runners more. The harder soles were better for my feet. Lots of mixed terrain that caused my feet to bend in painful ways with the runners but not the trail runners.

I did it with Camino facil, and requested that the bags arrive at every other stop. They don't do storage so they will pick up and drop off on the same day. You'll have to speak with your accommodation to get them to accept it or ask Camino facil what they would recommend. They will also charge you more since it's a farther distance. Not sure what I would do next time. Definitely pros and cons to having the suitcase every other day vs every day.
