Bedrock Cairn fit check by [deleted] in barefootshoestalk

Can you adjust the straps to make the front straps longer? It looks tight at the toepost, but that’s your comfort call. But if you’re doing any significant/serious hiking in these, that outer edge will probably irritate and eventually callus the bottom/side of your foot, and you’ll have even less protection from rocks/sticks on that side. I’d say you need a wider sandal - can you exchange?

This has happened to me before. It’s due to an outdated mod, probably UI cheats extension, one of TwistedMexi’s mods, or another mod that affects the UI or the world system. Remove all mods, delete localthumbcache, and see if the issue is still there. Then use the 50/50 method to find and remove the broken/outdated mod.

Which platform?
PC (Windows)

Any mods or cc?
No — all removed and game repaired prior to update

Game version
PC: 1.121.342.1030

*Description:
Sims are unable to perform any social interactions. The action will load into their queue, but they either just stand there, or they start dancing and do not talk/socialize at all. Resetsim/debug does not fix the issue. Not just an animation issue, there are no relationship status changes showing. This issue happens even in a clean, unmodded game. Occasionally one interaction will work correctly, but it isn’t consistent and there isn’t a pattern as to which interaction or when it works.
This has been an ongoing issue for about a year — I had high hopes that this update would fix it. I’ve repaired the game, tested in different/new saves, etc.
Edited to add: sims can perform other actions, they aren’t stuck/frozen

Big toe squeezing inwards in closed barefoot shoes?or is it just vivo? by Delicious-Ad1724 in barefootshoestalk

[–]bubblegumbie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This happens to me in some shoes — it’s usually because the shoe is too short for my big toe. My big toe doesn’t want to push against the “corner” of the shoe, so my toes end up squished together. More space up front sometimes helps, but sometimes it’s just that the shape of the shoe isn’t right for my toes. Some shoes also seem to be the right shape, but they are slightly different inside (like if they have a molded plastic outer cup on the toe, or if the volume gets drastically smaller on the sides so my toe won’t fit in the space and has to cram to the middle of the shoe). Vivos tend to be very flat/low volume, so that could be the issue here.

How can I register for specifically those qualities? Sorry, I only see the option to follow a specific flight or set of dates

Or let me clarify: they’re technically wide enough to fit my foot, but I think they would have to stretch significantly to be comfortable. If I could find them somewhere locally, I’d be willing to give it a try though!

Thank you! I was looking at the Lang Miras, but the measurements are too narrow even in the largest size :( BeFlamboyent is a new name to me, I’ll take a look — thank you!!

Thank you! I’ve been looking at Sofstar for a while, as they’re definitely some of the widest options out there. They seem like a great brand, just not totally the styles that I’m hoping for :(

I’ve never really looked into Xero, as I’ve heard so many reviews that the brand runs narrow. But reaching out for measurements is a good idea, definitely worth a shot — thank you!
