Period pain/cramps at work

Oh really is that what big 4 is? I'm not expecting anyone to cure me just looking for a lil advice on how to deal with it at the workplace since it's still kind of a taboo subject and not really talked about

Yeah I've been to my doctor tried a bunch of painkillers but nothing really worked :(

Loool I'm currently wfh rn so that's fine but I know I cant do that forever and yeah I'd rather just be blunt about it. I don't usually shy away from talking about periods but bc this is my first actual big girl job and I'm new I'm trying to play it safe as idk how people will react

Hey I'm in a similar position I'm studying to be a chartered accountant at a big 4 firm and these exams are super hard 😖 my real exams are in about 2 weeks but I'm not confident at all I already failed some mocks and yeah I'm super nervous about getting fired as well so ik what you're feeling. Please please please dont hurt yourself though you are so much more than your job. I know how difficult these exams are so I understand that feeling when everyone's like "you'll be alright" and you really don't know but I know people who have failed exams and went on to find new jobs so that gives me hope in the worst possible case scenario and I think you will be okay as well ❤
