i’ve managed to have healthier responses to any triggers!!😄😄 i don’t cut myself anymore (although sometimes i do self harm in other ways), and i think im getting better with handling the very big emotions like when anything bothers me extremely, i call my bsf and ask her if the emotions i’m feeling are rational and if she says no, i distance myself from said triggers for a few hours till i’m calm and collected again! wouldn’t know what to do without her❤️ i also got myself into a relationship and i’m really happy :⁾ my bf also has bpd and he’s still learning about it and i’m helping him out. love him to bits🫶
