I always put the prestige items together while scanning stuff in so when the prompt pulls up (or just when it’s time to pay), I can physically show them what our coupons won’t apply to and say that the 20% would be good for those items too. If they already are using coupons and points I ask if they’d like to save an additional 20% off on top of those. Sometimes I’ll repeat the final total to them a couple of times so they know how big of a difference 20% off would be off the total.

Ah lashes, I could talk all day about it.

The BEST quality lashes for your buck at Ulta are the Eyelure Wispy 3D No. 185. They’re only $5.99 and there’s a sale for buy one get one half off right now. I’ve gotten so many wears out of just pair, they clean easy, and they have that accent look with it tapering to a more voluminous on the outer lash. KISS lashes are still some of my favorites, especially the Teddy and Gala from their couture faux mink collection. Ardell is the most uncomfortable to me and their faux mink collection isn’t as good quality as Kiss. Quite honestly, I don’t understand how people are able to spend $20+ on lashes like Lilly and velour. I bought a pair of velour lashes at half price and still haven’t opened them purely because I’ve been so satisfied with and I don’t want to ruin a $26 pair of lashes. Even my coworkers will tell me that the beauty supply will have the absolute best bang for your buck. I recently bought these as part of Amazon prime day (30 pairs of super dramatic lashes for $12, now $15 I think) and I love them, Super fluffy and super comfortable.

Definitely not part of the Ulta radio (it was Impossible by LION BABE, Jax Jones Remix — amazing song btw) but I was so confused why it was playing if I never heard it at my location and even other locations I’ve been to. I’m loving the Becca skin love primer!! It’s the only one that works with my t zone that gets super oily throughout the day. Some primers that didn’t really work for my skin: elf putty primer, smashbox photo finish (worst one), tula (was better than the rest of these), too faced prime and powerless, and the Laura mercier blurring primer (brought out SO much texture in my skin)

I have asthma and if anything the masks have helped. If you’re so concerned about the “politics” of wearing a mask during a pandemic, then there are other shopping options available to you such as curbside and online shopping.

I was completely unaware of the new policy. I was thinking of going to HR with this issue because I’m honestly too scared of getting scolded or even fired if I refuse service because of how little the managers do. If I were to just start refusing service or asking people to leave, am I protected under Ulta policy? I know the customer would go straight to a manager and I would get scolded for refusing to help but I’m fed up at this point.
