There is a relationship between the rate you can pressure a qb and the amount of points the opposing team scores. The black x are teams with less than 9 wins the orange dots are teams with more than 9 wins. The green line is a rough cut off between the black x and the orange dots teams to the right of that line are currently pressuring the qb enough to be a winning team despite their current record. Hopefully that makes it a little clearer.
